History:
Wesley grew up just outside of London. He came to America when he was assigned by the Watcher's Council to
be the new watcher for Buffy and Faith. When he first arrived he was very much by the book and wimpy. He was
infatuated with Cordelia Chase while he was there. Before graduation day and when it was obvious that Faith had
turned evil he was sacked by The Watchers' Council after failing to keep Buffy or Faith under control. Wesley did
try to help with the battle but wasn't able to do much. He kissed Cordelia goodbye (very badly), donned his
chafing motorcycle leathers and became a rogue demon hunter. He wasn't very good at that either.
Wesley's quest eventually brought him to L.A., where he teamed up with Angel to fight the forces of evil and fill the
hole left by the departing Doyle. Wesley has grown quite a lot since his days as a bumbling 'Giles: The Next
Generation' and now runs the show at Angel Investigations. He continued to developed more backbone up until
Connor was born. He was tricked into thinking Angel would kill Connor and due to this Connor was lost to them for
many years. It was during this time he was almost killed by having his throat slit. While on the outs with Angel and
Company he found solace with Lilah, Wolfram and Harts number one lawyer and Angel's number one enemy.
They later managed to work through their differences and pull back together. When the group took over Wolfram
and Hart, Wesley finally found love with Winifred only to have her die and her body used by the demon Illyria. He
became very broody but managed to carry on till the final battle. He wanted to die and knew at this point he could.
A suicide mission that he succeeded in doing even as he laid on the floor dieing and having Illyria pretend to be
Fred as he passed out of this world.
Unfortunately for him he was not meant to leave just yet.
